We will release overwhelm and energy that we have taken on from others; wiping the “auric slate” clean in preparation of a brand new season.  You will learn three practical energy techniques that will help you with the following:

·       Not take on the energy of others.

·       ALCHEMIZE your energy; filter out what is not yours.

·       Strengthen your ability to attract what you desire.

We will discuss daily situations and how to apply the techniques offered. You will be able to use these tools any time of day, throughout the day. This workshop also includes a guided meditation that will clear your energy field and strengthen your aura.

I will also share my favorite crystal and essential oil recommendations for this work. You will leave feeling grounded, clear, and empowered!
