My aromatherapy and Reiki session with Mimi definitely left me with so much more than I expected or thought I would take away.  First let me begin by saying how comfortable and inviting her setting is.  The room is also where she creates her fabulous jewelry with all her crystals and her gorgeous collection of various stones along with her essential oils and blends; so the energy just draws you in from the get go.  The soft meditating music in the back ground adds a nice spa like touch to the serenity and experience, without the spa feeling, if that makes sense.  The space may be a little on the smaller side, but my session never felt cramp or confined.  As I laid on the therapeutic massage table I started laying face down.  I instantly felt relaxed; which could be from all the massages I’ve had on that table, but this time it was for Aromatherapy and Reiki and I couldn’t be more excited.  Truthfully, I was looking more forward to the Reiki because I knew my body was going through some issues; so I was looking forward to all that healing energy and balancing my chakras that was going to aid in my healing. Feeling the warmth of her hands was amazing and very soothing and relaxing although I knew there was so much happening on an energetic level with every inhale and exhale. Reiki is a practice that I was introduced to by Mimi many years ago, but haven't had a treatment in good long while.  It was a very much needed experience that I shall implement on a more regular basis. 

However, it was the Aromatherapy that caught me by surprise and the reading that came from that was pleasantly unexpected but so spot on.  Mimi started by asking me if I wanted to focus on anything in particular and let the essential oils do their work.  The oils intuitively go to you based on what you are going through or what your needs are that you want to focus on, so the oils that chose me were Rose Geranium and Juniper and they completely coincided with what I spoke about once we looked up the meaning of each oil.   So in that regard, I was pleasantly surprised.  Synchronicity at its best!!! I highly recommend a session with Mimi and know that you won’t be disappointed.

I was fortunate enough to take one of Mimi’s Level One Reiki classes. It was an amazing experience and she is a wonderful teacher. Really looking forward to getting my Reiki two under my belt. I have been able to incorporate my Reiki teachings into my creative endeavors and everyday life.

Getting a massage from Mimi is like being lead into another world filled with relaxation, therapeutic heat, and whirling energy. It is now 3 days later, and I am still feeling the effects of her healing touch every time I move! She heard what my body was saying, and answered it with care, love, and sagely precision. It is also an adventure because she uses energy, tuning forks, aromatherapy, and a myriad of other tools to add to your healing experience…the best tools though are her hands which know exactly where to go to heal what you might not even know needs healing.
